I haven’t been able to do much, but I did hang in here with you the whole time. It has been good for me to zero in on one email that I knew would help me keep my focus on dreaming my dream. It keeps changing and becoming part of what is doable for me here in my assisted living place of adjustment and transition. For me to avoid overwhelm is of the essence. I believe it was stress and being out of alignment that got me here in the first place. A great life lesson for me to work with. My intention each day has been to open myself to all that is possible to me and to discover the call on my heart to play this out. Simple suggestions such as those you just gave us are helpful. I especially loved that you put into the mix a beautiful way of self acceptance even as you speak to using the struggle by reason of awareness.The shaping and honing in on my new self creation, and the use of all 7 laws of attraction is giving me a day at a time knowing of movement and healthy participation in my personal resolution of my grieving and mourning the multiple losses I am sustaining. It is bearing out my own deep belief of the newness of life after loss. I have never grown tired of new beginnings all these 80 years. Such a gift! I am grateful.
