Defining Your Client Success Path

My email on Tuesday sparked a ton of responses – people loving the idea of taking a sabbatical like I did, but feeling they don’t have the freedom to step away from their business without serious negative repercussions.

I get it. It’s no fun feeling trapped in a business model where everything depends upon you.

In the meantime, I thought it would be fun to make a few quick videos to address what came up over & over again… questions about the three steps you need to take to set yourself up with a more leveraged business model where you have more freedom, fun and recurring revenues.

In this first video, I am sharing how defining your Client Success Path makes coaching your clients easier and produces recurring revenue. I also share two powerful models for creating great content.

Coming up in Lesson 2, I will share how to create immediate high-ticket sales and set yourself up for evergreen sales.

Then, in Lesson 3, I show you how to work smarter, not harder by growing a team that allows you to stay in your zone of genius to move your business and your income to the next level.
