My Brain, Your Business

Read Time: 3 minutes

A few quick question for you to ponder…

  • Are you are sitting on a gold mine of a business, but need help turning the vision into reality?
  • Can you see the vision, but not 100% sure of the path that will take you there?
  • Do you think it would be cool to have not just my brain, but my entire team’s brain, on your business to accelerate your success?

Managing A Rock Star Virtual Team

Read Time: 6 minutes

I’ve noticed a theme, in my client coaching sessions, that I sense is important for you to hear.

The bigger your vision, the more things need to get done and the more crucial it is to have a fantastic support team. A great team allows you to focus on your Zones of Genius – doing what you love and creating BIG results.

Thing is, most entrepreneurs have never been taught to build and lead a team – let alone do so virtually.

After selling our first business, where I had 22 employees, a two story building and a ton of Human Resource headaches and expenses, Mario and I swore to “Go Lean or Go Home,” from that point forward. So, suffice it to say that since that day, I’ve had to get really good at attracting, building and leading a virtual support team, and today I am blessed with an unstoppable team. […]

Six Steps To Six Figures – It’s a Strategy Game!

Green Business StrategyI received an email yesterday from one of our Big Finish participants that stopped me in my tracks.

Not only was I struck by his willingness to be honest about where he is with his business, he had also stumbled upon something I think many of you may be feeling as you take steps to turn your vision for these next 90 days into a plan you can execute.

Here’s an excerpt from what he shared… […]

Action In The Face of Fear, Self-Doubt and Worry

AKA… My Challenge Kick-off Confession

stormIt’s 6 am on the morning before we kick-off the 30-Day Big Finish Challenge and I’m leaning into my morning practice. It’s dark outside, the candles are lit, Liquid Mind is playing on the Bose and I’ve got my journal in hand.

I want to make sense of what I’m feeling this morning – a mixture of “Holy shit, what have I committed to?” and “Yay, this is going to be fun!”

Day 27: Seven Secrets of the Unstoppable Team

Welcome to day 27 of “30 Days Behind the Curtain with Jane.”

UnstoppableConnectionsIf you read my last blog you know I was recently challenged, along with 5 other women to 1) produce a product 2) select a charitable cause and 3) raise as much money as we could in only 4 hours on a Friday night.
What resulted was nothing short of miraculous… $4000 raised for Rising International and a “team building experience” that will forever shape how we each lead our teams.

Priceless lessons came from this experience, and I’m detailing them here so we can all apply them to our next business project where the stakes are really high.

So what made this team unstoppable? […]

Day 26: Six Chicks on a Mission For Good

Welcome to day 26 of “30 Days Behind the Curtain with Jane.”

6chicksToday I’m sharing a story that provides proof of what’s possible when like-minded people come together to accomplish something important, yet seemingly impossible.

It was 4:30 pm on Friday – the second day of Adam Urbanski’s Breakthrough event. I was there as a sponsor to share the benefits of Value Quiz.
Given all I am juggling I had not been able to sit in on all the sessions.

So I decided to peek in for the wrap-up of the day. I’d then scoot out and meet with Sherri to strategize on an upcoming launch.

“Get into groups of Six.” Adam instructed.

Always up for a cool exercise, I found five other women who happened to be standing nearby. “Your task,” Adam explained, “is to use the next 4 hours to 1) produce a product 2) select a charitable cause and 3) raise as much money as you can.” […]
